Willowdale East locates in the dense urban area of North York, Toronto (C14). It is east to Bayview Avenue, west to Yonge Street, north to Finch Avenue, and south to Hwy 401.
It is famous for its dense condos and busy commercial area. You can see various residential property types here, which includes condominium apartments, condominium townhouses, freehold row/townhouses, and freehold detached, etc.
It is a favorable living area for good schools, busy commercial area, and effective transit network. Residents are able to reach restaurants, shopping center, community center, civic center, public transit, hospital, schools, and office buildings in minutes. It owns an awesome transit score of 88 (Walkscore.com).
West Boundary - Yonge Street

As the most important street of uptown Toronto, you can find almost all amenities you need on Yonge Street.
Shopping mall, subway (Line 1 & 4), restaurants, grocery, bank, theatre, library, gym, Civic Centre, Service Canada, Service Ontario, etc. Residents enjoy the convenient downtown lifestyle here.
Many office buildings locate on Yonge Street. You will see the crowded street all the day here.
East Boundary - Bayview Avenue

Bayview Avenue is famous of luxury homes. wherever it crosses, you will always see large house or luxury condos on it.
Although it is not busy as Yonge Street, you will find a shopping mall (Bayview Village) and subway station (line 4) on it. Bayview Station is one station away from Sheppard subway station, where you can transfer to subway line 1.
Properties locate on Bayview Avenue are mostly houses and townhouses, but you will find some condos at Bayview/Sheppard as well.
North Boundary - Finch Avenue East

Finch Avenue East crosses North York and Scarborough and is one of the main road in North Toronto. Finch Subway Station (Line 1) locates at the intersection of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue East. Particularly, during commute period, you will see busy traffic here.
There are many new construction row/townhouses on Finch Avenue East, and you will see more coming in the near future.
Sheppard Avenue East

Sheppard Avenue is closed to the south boundary of the community (Hwy 401) where many Landmark buildings locate. Many amenities locates at intersection of Sheppard and Yonge.
If you are at the intersection of Sheppard and Yonge, you will find yourself able to access two supermarkets (Whole Foods & Longos), office buildings, subway station (Line 1 & 4), shopping centre, and restaurants. Not enough? How about fifteen minutes drive to Yorkdale shopping centre, 20 minutes drive to Pearson International airport, and 30 minutes subway to Union Station?
Travel Time
With the fantastic traffic system, residents have more options of commute. Residents are able to access TTC subway, bus, Go bus, Go train, and Viva easily from their home.
